Abstract

Classroom Action Research (PTK) is a systematic approach used by educators to improve the quality of learning through a cycle of reflection and data-based actions. This article discusses the basic concepts of PTK, including its definition, characteristics, and stages of implementation. In addition, this article highlights the implementation of PTK in the context of education, emphasizing the role of teachers as researchers in creating learning innovations. The results of the study show that PTK can increase the effectiveness of teaching and provide solutions to learning problems in the classroom. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the basic concepts of PTK is the key to the development of better learning practices. This study also recommends the implementation of PTK as part of the culture of teacher professionalism to achieve a higher quality education.
