This study aims to examine the role of Virtual Reality (VR) technology as a learning support tool in the digital era. The research method employed is library research, involving the collection and analysis of scientific literature related to the implementation of VR in education. The findings reveal that VR has significant potential to enhance immersive learning experiences, particularly for abstract subjects or those requiring practical simulations. VR facilitates exploration-based learning, simulations, and virtual experiments that are challenging to achieve through conventional methods. However, the integration of VR into education still faces several obstacles, such as high equipment costs, educators' readiness, and limited curriculum integration. Therefore, the development of VR-based education must be supported by adaptive educational policies, continuous teacher training, and the creation of high-quality educational content.
